Stress is a major problem in modern day society. It can be caused by things such as your workload to things like conflicts in your family. Whether the cause of your stress is big or small, there is always a way to deal with it

Mindfulness
This is so important when trying to overcome stress. Try yoga or meditation to soothe your stress! Or even take a couple of hours out of your day to partake in something that you enjoy. For example, cycling, painting, singing etc.

Balanced Diet & Exercise
Eating healthy foods and avoiding fatty, sugar foods is a great way to control your stress levels as your skin will glow and you’ll look and feel wonderful! Exercising is a fantastic way to feel good and keep fit! It is also a great way to relieve stress after a long day at work!

Time Management
Get your priorities in order and make sure you’re on top of everything to take pressure off any other causes of stress in your life.

Accept Your Emotions
Don’t deny how you feel. If you’re stressed and upset, let someone know! They may be a therapist or a close friend but bottling up your feelings isn’t a great idea if you want to relieve stress!

Me time!
Spend time alone but don’t isolate yourself. If you’re feeling under pressure at work or home – take some time out for yourself. Treat yourself to a spa day or go to get your nails done! Wind down time is so important.

Breathing techniques
If you suffer with panic attacks when feeling stressed, taking deep breaths and counting down from 10 can relieve you.

Clear your mind
